1. About HLL World

HLL Ultimate Mods (HLL World) is an independent digital platform and online community focused on Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2). We provide ETS2 digital products, mods, truck and trailer skins, maps, add-ons, tutorials, community features, and simulation gaming resources.

We also operate our own in-browser creator tools, including the HLL Skin Creator, which lets members design and export custom ETS2 truck and trailer skins directly from the website — no external software required. Use of these tools is subject to these Terms and to any specific instructions shown within each tool.

HLL World may provide both original content created by HLL World and content submitted by approved community creators, publishers, or contributors. Where applicable, proper credit is provided to content creators.

HLL Ultimate Mods (HLL World) is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with SCS Software or any official Euro Truck Simulator 2 publishers. Euro Truck Simulator 2 and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Attempt to hack, damage, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the website or its tools.

Misuse community features, creator tools, or impersonate other users.

4. Digital Products, Mods, Skins, and Creator Tools

HLL World provides ETS2-related digital content, including mods, truck and trailer skins, maps, add-ons, tutorials, and other downloadable simulation content, as well as in-browser tools such as the HLL Skin Creator for designing and exporting your own skins.

All digital products and tool outputs are provided for use at the customer’s own responsibility. Before downloading, purchasing, or exporting, you are responsible for checking product descriptions, supported ETS2 game versions, installation instructions, and compatibility requirements. Where a product or exported file lists a supported game version, please make sure it matches your installed version of Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Files you create and export with the HLL Skin Creator are intended for your own use in Euro Truck Simulator 2. You are responsible for the artwork and images you upload into the tool and confirm that you have the right to use them. Content that infringes the rights of others, or that is unlawful or offensive, is not permitted.

HLL World does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, game names, or official ETS2 assets unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Currency

Some products and services on HLL World are offered free of charge, while premium digital products, creator passes, and credits may require payment.

Prices are displayed on the product page or checkout page before payment is completed. All prices on HLL World are shown and charged in Kenyan Shillings (KSh / KES), our base currency.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Pesapal, depending on availability and checkout settings. Pesapal supports a range of payment methods such as mobile money (including M-Pesa), debit and credit cards, and other options depending on your region and the checkout configuration.

Customers outside Kenya: because our pricing is set in Kenyan Shillings, we recommend converting the KSh amount into your local currency before paying — a quick way is to search Google for, for example, “1000 KES to USD” (replacing the amount and currency with your own). Your bank or card provider will apply its own exchange rate and may add currency-conversion or international fees; the exact amount charged in your local currency is determined by your payment provider, not by HLL World.

By completing payment, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant delivery, all sales are generally considered final once a product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or exported.

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases such as duplicate purchases, failed delivery, corrupted files that cannot be fixed, verified payment errors, or unauthorized transactions confirmed by the payment provider.

7. Digital Delivery

HLL Ultimate Mods (HLL World) sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Purchased digital products are normally delivered electronically through our website immediately after successful payment confirmation, via the checkout receipt page, your account dashboard, and/or a confirmation email.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content published by HLL World — including text, branding, logos, website design, guides, images, original digital content, and the design of our creator tools — belongs to HLL World unless otherwise stated.

Euro Truck Simulator 2, SCS Software, game names, trademarks, logos, and related assets belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or modify original HLL World content or premium products without prior written permission.

9. User-Generated Content and Skin Creator Uploads

Users may submit content such as comments, profiles, community posts, mod submissions, publisher content, and images uploaded into the Skin Creator, where permitted.

By submitting or uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you grant HLL World permission to display, store, moderate, edit, or remove such content as needed for website operation, tool functionality, and community safety.

We reserve the right to remove any content that:

Is offensive, abusive, misleading, illegal, or harmful.
Infringes copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
Contains malware, spam, or unsafe links.
