HLL Ultimate Mods (HLL World) is an independent digital platform and community focused on Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) mods, truck and trailer skins, maps, add-ons, tutorials, creator tools, and simulation gaming content.

2. What is the HLL Skin Creator?

The HLL Skin Creator is our in-browser tool that lets you design custom ETS2 truck and trailer skins and export them as ready-to-use mod files — no external software needed. You choose a vehicle, apply your colours and artwork, set a supported game version if you wish, and export. You can even lock your finished mod so it can’t be opened or edited by others.

3. Are your products digital?

Yes. All products on HLL World are digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical products.

4. How do I receive my purchased product?

After successful payment confirmation, most products become available immediately through the checkout receipt page, your customer account, your dashboard, or the purchase confirmation email.

5. How do I download a purchased mod?

  • Complete payment successfully.
  • Open the purchase receipt page.
  • Log in to your HLL World account.
  • Go to your downloads or customer dashboard.
  • Click the download link for your purchased product.

6. What if my download does not appear?

If your download does not appear after successful payment, contact support with your order number, product name, account email, and a screenshot of the issue.

7. Which ETS2 versions are supported?

Supported ETS2 versions depend on each product. Always read the product title, description, requirements, and compatibility details before purchasing or downloading. When you export a skin from the Skin Creator, you can set the supported game version so it matches your installed version of ETS2.

8. How do I install ETS2 mods?

  • Download the mod file.
  • Extract the file if required.
  • Place the .scs file into your ETS2 mod folder.
  • Open the ETS2 Mod Manager.
  • Activate the mod.
  • Arrange the correct load order if required.

9. Do you offer free mods?

Yes. HLL World provides both free and premium digital content for ETS2 players.

10. What currency are your prices in?

All prices on HLL World are shown and charged in Kenyan Shillings (KSh / KES). If you are outside Kenya, we recommend converting the KSh amount into your local currency before paying — a quick way is to search Google for, for example, “1000 KES to USD” (replace the amount and currency with your own). Your bank or card provider applies its own exchange rate and may add conversion or international fees.

11. What payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed securely through Pesapal. Depending on your region and the checkout settings, available options may include mobile money (such as M-Pesa), debit and credit cards, and other supported methods shown on the payment page.

12. Can I request a refund?

Refunds are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, broken files that cannot be fixed, verified payment errors, or unauthorized transactions confirmed by the payment provider.

Yes. Approved creators and publishers may submit content through HLL World, depending on our website rules, approval process, and content quality standards.
